Artur Gedgafov was born in Nalchik. He started his career as a Chef in 1999. In 2016 he joined the opening of the Arkadiy Novikov restaurant named Vysota 5642 in Sochi. In 2017 he, as a sous-chef- opened the Vysota 5642 restaurant in Kislovodsk. Since March 2018 Artur Gedgafov is a chef of the Vysota 5642. His cooking philosophy is about fresh seasonal products to use.
