In the begging of summer 2017 a new restaurant with premium Russian dry cuts Bok (Rib) has opened its doors to the public. Sergey Kondakov, the youngest chef of Novikov Group, took over the place. Dishes based on the ribs (veal, pork or lamb) are the main part of the concept for this project. However, it is not only a wide variety of the ribs cooked in different ways that are listed on the menu but also dishes made from other parts.
