I was born October 12, 1975 in Busto Arsizio – a city in northern Italy, which is the gateway to the fashion capital - Milan. As a child I spent a lot of time in my uncle's restaurant. I remember how, at age five I helped clean tables, saw to guests and treated them with caramels.
With years, the restaurant world fascinated me more, so I chose to study to be a professional chef. I studied at the institute of hotel business in Stresa - one of Europe's most famous - and every summer as an assistant chef and confectioner practiced their skills in the various restaurants. I graduated with high marks.
My task- to give emotions our guests, offering elegant simplicity and taste. In my work, I assure you, there is always a place of love and passion.
