A house specialty – fish&chips – large pieces of fish in gentle batter which move with potato chips. Besides, in open kitchen the chief Sergey Kondakov prepares uncommon Italian and French dishes with almost inaudible national focus. In the menu the stewed, boiled-down, low-fat positions prevail. Warm salads with artichokes, with dried beef in a juniper, the specialty bruschettas made in the wood furnace excellent khachapuris: in an Adzharian way, in an Imereti way, with spinach – have managed to prove as best-sellers. One more characteristic of the kitchen – farmer products which with all care are taken away from the checked suppliers. The flexible Chips menu is also connected with seasonal or single deliveries: the fresh salmon, a mutton leg, a kid are at once embodied in a special offer.
