"The main idea of an interior of Donna Margarita restaurant is the lack of an interior, this place about food. At the restaurant, as well as in Italy, there is a lot of natural light, green colors", – the decorator Albina Nazimova shares impressions. There is no unity – all chairs, tables and even dishes – all miscellaneous. The main hall of the restaurant is implied for the noisy companies – it’s the most spacious, light and reminding a greenhouse and a market square at the same time. Green color is everywhere – flowers on the shelves under a ceiling and on the walls. A stone floor reminds stone blocks in the old city. On a big red counter – the Italian sausages, cheese, olives, fresh bread and home-made pies. Behind a counter there is a big wood stove for pizza. The chamber hall is designed for cozy family lunches. The center of the gravity in this hall is a big fireplace. All know that "Food means Italian happiness". The restaurant’s Chef Paolo Boccolini helps to learn, understand and feel the traditions of home-like Italian cuisine. Paolo inherited the main recipes from the grandmother. Chef recommends to try sea bass warm salad, the skaloppena from beef with mushroom sauce and mashed potatoes and a variety of pizza: classical "Margarita", with grilled vegetables, with gorgonzola and pear, with Nutella and fresh berries. In the dessert menu from Paolo Boccolini grandmother's pies: apple, chocolate and cherry, with a cranberry, pumpkin with dried apricots and apricots. The restaurant opened on October 25, 2010.
