The Chef, Li Kui Zhang was born and bred in Xianyang, China. He worked for about 15 years in China and after that went to Moscow. Li Kui Zhang is a master of the traditional Chinese kitchen. He worked as a chef in lots of famous Moscow Asian restaurants, like the Turandot, the Shatush, the GQ bar, the Zodiac and the Nedalniy Vostok. Now Li Kui Zhang is a chef of the Kitayskaya Zabegalovka.
