Young and creative chef of LUCE Alexander Ibragimov began his career in 2002. He worked as a chef in the well-known restaurants in Moscow.
In 2008, an internship in a French Restaurant Le Moulin de Mougins (2 Michelin stars) and Café De Paris under the direction of Chef Al's Perk.
An important event in the professional life of Alexander Ibragimov was when he became acquainted in 2008 with Arkady Novikov.
The Chef opened projects "Gusyatnikoff" and BOL'SHOI and is currently head of the restaurants kitchen at LUCE.
