Jonathon Curtis was born October 20, 1983 in Sydney, Australia.
The first serious experience in cooking - breakfast for his mom on Mother's Day.
At age 13, Jonathon Curtis tried his hand in a French restaurant kitchen Pithiviers as an assistant.
In 2003, he acquired culinary skills in the kitchen cafe Le Leaurant (France). He graduated from high school in the direction of Design and Technology.
At age 16, leaving to study in Sydney Oxley Collage on a gastronomic course. He works for renowned Australian chefs: from Darren Taylor (Gastronomy), Jeff Turnbull (Aqua Dining).
In Moscow, Jonathon Curtis came by invitation. He worked as a sous-chef in the pan-Asian cuisine restaurant "Nedal'niy Vostok"
In cooking he loves to improvise. He would like to open his own Asian restaurant in every major city in the world. He loves to travel and explore different cultures through their cuisines, language, habits.
