The restaurant Nedalny Vostok joined the newest movements of the restaurant world –it embodies all modern and popular trends which are in the most famous restaurants of Europe, USA, Asia and Australia. Nedalny Vostok is the first restaurant in Moscow, in which the interior from «A to Z» was developed by professional Japanese architectural designer body «Superpotato», included in their portfolio are famous London restaurants Zuma and Roka. Only natural materials were used in decorating Nedalny Vostok. Understandable and familiar to the eye they create an original space, practical -like in Japan and simultaneously warm and stylish. The open kitchen is specially situated one step lower than the floor of the main room of the restaurant. Visitors can then be on the level with the cooks and can observe their every movement. Oysters and mussels, clams and lobsters and, of course, claws of kamchatsky crab lay out on ice in a glass case before the kitchen. The restaurant offers Pan-Asian cuisine, which combines the cuisines of the Asian continent. The star of the menu is kamchatsky crab, which is supplied from Sakhalin. It is cooked in a wok and served with different sauces, used in preparation of the salads, cold and hot snacks, rolls and soups.
The restaurant Nedalny Vostok was opened in January 2007.
