One of the main openings of 2018 is Shiba restaurant located at Patriarch Ponds. Shiba can be translated as ‘a small place’ from one of the Japanese dialects. The restaurant is small and cozy: there can only be 56 guests at once so everybody can watch how sushi are being made at the open kitchen. Shiba’s interior embodies Japanese values – it is minimal, reserved and sophisticated. Masao Kikuchi and Andrey Tsoy are the chefs.
