The yacht club-restaurant Shore House located on the premises of Crocus City, certainly, is one of the most famous country projects. During a summer season the guests of Shore House settle down on a cozy terrace, enjoy a view of the yachts rocking on the waves, sunbathe on the lounges at the pool with the own bar and a summer kitchen. Under a cozy open tent overlooking the river it is possible to organize festive buffet receptions and banquets. For negotiation, the presentations, conferences and other actions the restaurant offers a separate hall. During winter the guests are treated with mulled wine and tasty hot pancakes. On Saturdays and Sundays there is a kid's menu. It is possible to find dishes of the Azerbaijani, Uzbek, European and Japanese cuisines in the menu. The Shore House restaurant is a good opportunity to test all the delights of a ccountry rest, without leaving Moscow.
Chef Shore House
Born in 1969 in the city of Nukus, Uzbekistan.
In 1995 he moved to Moscow and was a dishwasher on the ship Valery Bryusov, where a year later he became a chef specializing in South Korean cuisine. In 1997-1998 He worked as a chef in St. Petersburg and then in South Korea. In 1999 he returned to Moscow. Here the career Vitaly Kim took a dramatic shift from the South Korean cuisine to European. In one of the capital's restaurants he studied Italian cuisine at Luigi Di Sepio. Since 2001, he heads the kitchen at the “Veranda u Dach”
He has been in The Shore House restaurant since opening.
