Sergey Vekshin worked in restaurants for more than 20 years. He worked in the Mario for 10 years and then in Arkadiy Novikov restaurants: the GQ Club and the Tatler Club.
Sergey is good in different cuisines. He appreciates the taste and quality of ingredients. Also, he believes, that every ingredient has got the time of the best taste quality, which means that each product has an ideal moment of deliciousness.
Sergey Vekshin won Moscow Italian cuisine championship in 2007. That gives him an opportunity to intern at the ALMA university - the best international school of Italian cuisine.
