The restaurant Veterok is a joint project of Arkady Novikov and Artem Mikhalkov. The restaurant is created for real judges of country rest. Chef Ruslan Mutaliev had four years honing skills in the restaurant "Biscuit", where he studied culinary arts with the first-class confectioner Pierre Hermé and Michelin winner Alain Ducasse. Later, together with Andrei Tysyachnikovym, he opened the grill restaurant " Dzhu-Dzhu (Ju-ju)", where he worked on the position of sous-chef.
