White Café – the result of the creative union of Arkady Novikov and the designer Anna Muravina thanks to whom the former iFiori came to a new round of the history and popularity. Smooth alternation of light and beige tones adjusts on a quiet harmony, a wooden bar counter, sofas of vanilla-golden color against milky-white walls are successfully combined with abundance of mirror insertions. The works of the modern art and the photo which are kindly provided by the Moscow gallery owner Aydan Salakhova have served as the main decoration of the hall. White Café is the place where there is a wish to come as for a business lunch with colleagues in the afternoon, and in the evening for dinner with friends. All most popular dishes of the European, Italian, Russian and Asian cuisines are presented in the menu. Modern interpretation of classical culinary motives is emphasized with author's approach of Chef Dmitry Yakovlev to world gastronomic tendencies. At the European direction there are conventional hits – from classical salads and carpaccio to steaks. In the Japanese menu not less popular classics, namely sushi and beaters loved by all from the freshest products. The dessert menu is submitted by gentle baking of an original compounding: cakes, cakes, pies with various stuffings and other confectionery delicacy.
