He started his way from a pastry chef and understood very quickly that he wanted something more. He went to the University to get the diploma of public catering technologists and, without losing time, he went through a course of the traineeship.
Five years later after graduating from the University Vitaly had work experience at a few restaurants.
What was then? Conquering the capital, of course. And it started with great success. Vitaly was invited to Novikov Group to Moscow Magadan where he worked and learnt cookery from eminent cooks. It took him two years to pass the way from an ordinary cook to a Sous Chef of the restaurant and now Vitaly heads the kitchen of Magadan restaurant in Rostov-on-Don.
