Alexey Arbuzov was born in Moscow. He studied in a cooking college. In 2004 he created the concept of the Tanuki restaurant. Later he was a chef of the Zheltoe More restaurant.
The thing, that inspires him, is traveling. He can try some new dishes while his trips.
He works in the Novikov since 2013 as a sous-chef. Since 2016 Alexey Arbuzov is a Chef in the Novikov.
