Sergey Nosov went in the Moscow college №188. He has worked since 1998. At first, he worked in the Robinson (Nizhniy Novgorod), then as a sous-chef in the Poison and in the Bulvar and as a cook in the Le Trazhe and in the Invino in Moscow. Later he worked as a chef in the Gadalov (Krasnoyarsk), the Cafe-cafe, Blackberry Cafe and Dandy Cafe (Moscow). As a second chef, he opened the Syrovarnya restaurant with Yuriy Rozhkov.
Sergey Nosov is a member of the professional cooks and pastry chefs Federation in Russia. He also a teacher in the cooking school Ask The Chef. He worked a lot with foreign chefs.
